the DSP processor design for full-digital telephone answering devices.
The LSI integrates all necessary circuits, DSP, controller, ADC,
DAC, and analog circuits for speech and telephone interface. The
system is configured simply and flexibly for a low cost DTAM solution.
TC88411CF include
features of DTMF receiver, VOX function, On-chip 14bit AD/DA converter,
analog input amplifier with analog switches, speaker drive amplifiers,
build-in Z80 - 8bit CPU main controller and peripheral circuit.
And it has serial interface for host CPU, low frequency crystal
oscillator, On-chip RC oscillator, and memory interface for flash
memory or DRAM/ARAM.
Now TC88411CF
supports 2 chips solution for flash memory DTAM system. The Z80's
software and voice data (data including guidance menu and caller
incoming message) can be stored in 4M-bit multi-propose flash memory.
